The first thing you need is solar cells; these cells are what you place inside the panels and the “brains” of the entire operation. You must have the cells in order to create a panel. Each cell produces a specific volt, when you put all the cells together, you have add up each cell’s voltage and multiply that by the number of cells in your panel.

Once they are in place, you will need solar tabbing material in order to interconnect the cells in order for them to produce the energy. Once you have this connected, test out the panel to make sure it is working, if so, you are close to the finish line.
Your last step to make a small solar panel is to add an outer panel so that everything is snuggly together, which is a half-panel for the most part. If you wish to increase the energy output, you can connect panels parallel to each other.
Once you create one panel, you may become enjoy the process so much that you continue making more panels, which when connected creates more energy.
